We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2020, at the age of 53, Kenneth W. Blevins of Dennison, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Ann Perez. He is survived by: his father Nolen; his stepfather Ignacio Herrera-Perez; his brother James R. Blevins; his children, Stephanie, Jacqueline, Michael, Devin, Ava, Daisy and Jose Perez (Mitzi); his grandchildren, Preston, Madisen and Peyton; his sister Linda Herrera (Chris Erenberg); his children, Katilyn, Annabelle, Norma Perez, Ivette, Joshua and Lauren; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aryanna, Rylie, Mason, Timothy, Carson, Chloe, Brody and Marlie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
