Smith and Dustin Davis (Katelyn Bohl); her grandchildren, Mila, Franklin, Jeana, Shalyn, Brooklyn, Kylee, Kaden, Braxton, Xavier, Nevaeh, Aiden, Kolton, Bryson, Presley, Cooper and Dustin, II; her great grandchildren, Sophie, Cayleb, Liam, Corbin and Braylan; her significant other Roger Sears; and her cousin Louise Parrish.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help defray funeral cost.
