She was predeceased by: her parents, George Christopher and Julia Elsie Rizor (Cush); her husband Robert L. Deems; and her siblings, Richard W. Rizor and Marilyn Pearch (Wilford Miller).
She is survived by: her daughter Hedy; and her son-in-law Dr. Robert Thompson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
