He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Perkins and Lillian Perkins (Giles); his siblings, Willie, Bobby, Allen, Dick Perkins, Jeanetta Mae Wainscott, Sherry King and Sarah Perkins; and his parents-in-law, Enrico and Vera DiDonato.
He is survived by: his son Brian Perkins; his grandchildren, Matthew Perkins (Skye Leasure), Nicholas Perkins and Sydney Perkins; his brother Don Perkins (Kay); and his sister-in-law Chris Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Church, Immaculate Conception Elementary, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
