He is survived by: his wife Tammie Barker Taggart; his children, Josie Burkhart of Canton, Sheena Lewton (Bill) of Jewett, Brian Taggart (Ellie) of Cadiz and Alexis Taggart; his stepsons, Branden White of Bowerston and Christopher White of Steubenville; his grandchildren, Ashley Rayner (Aaron), Brittany Barker, Nickolas Taggart, Zachary Taggart, Will Pennington, Christopher White Jr., James White and Megan White; his great grandchild Landon Rayner; and his siblings, Dean Taggart (Joy) of Cadiz, Ross Taggart of Cadiz and Jeanie Stewart (Bob) of Freeport, Ohio..
