He is survived by: his wife Barbara Forney (Landsberger); his children, Jodi Holland (Todd), Jon Forney (Maria) and Steve Forney (Julee); his grandchildren, Russell Holland (Beth), Gavin Holland (Brittany), Kelsey Black (Jon), Maisey Kuhns (Jesse), Justin Forney (Danielle), Jeremiah Forney, Katie Forney, Micah Forney, Sadie Forney and Ethan Forney (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Ada Holland, Joanna Holland, Isabella Black, Hunter Holland and Sophia Black; and his sisters, Diane Gault (Tim), Faye Moore and Janet Truitt (Bob).
