He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Rothacher and Helen M. Patterson (Ackerman); his mother-in-law Ernie Riker; his brothers-in-law, Jay Huffman and Ernie Riker; and also Betty Riker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rothacher (Riker); his children, Vicki Snyder of New Philadelphia, Richard Rothacher of Colorado and Stacey Engstrom (Dale) of Strasburg; his grandchildren, Amanda Seals, Josh Fagan (Christy), Eric Engstrom (Anika), Ryan Engstrom, Trevor Engstrom and Zoey Engstrom; his brothers, Gary Rothacher (Jeanne), Kenneth Rothacher (Arlene) and Terry Rothacher (Cindy); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Huffman, Karen Gloeckner (Steven), David Riker (Carol) and Fred Riker (Linda). He is also survived by his parents; his father-in-law.
