He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Earl and Thelma Lucille McPeek (Walton); his wife Sheila Kaye Wenger; and his brother Howard "Mick" McPeek. He is survived by: his children, Douglas E. McPeek, Jr. (Shelley), Michelle Sauernheimer (Scott), Candace Zurcher (Timothy, II) and Matt McPeek (Charla); his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Aimee, Jared, Deidra, Scottie, Timmy III, Taylor of Tucker, T. J., Matthew, Logan, Cody, Hayley, Alexis, Jacob and Jayse; his great grandchildren, Emma, Eliana, Titan, Daisy, Brielle, Evelyn, Hudson, Ila, Vivian, Kinsley and Jaxon; his siblings, Molly Brandon (Wayne) and Dan McPeek (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Genie McPeek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
