He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dean O'Hara and Margaret Kay O'Hara-Povick (Johnson); his wife Charlene Louise Cherrington; and his son Wesley David O'Hara. He is survived by: his siblings, Keith O'Hara and Diane Riggs; his children, John O'Hara (Lisa), Monty O'Hara (Mary), Matthew O'Hara (Vikki) and Becky Vermillion (Marc); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Jones (Brent), Jessica Murphy, Keith O'Hara, Quinn O'Hara (Jenna), Derek O'Hara (Brittney), Hayley DiGenova (David), Raquel Jones (Scotty), Marcus Vermillion and Braylon Vermillion. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
