She is survived by: her husband George David "Dave" O'Hara; her children, John O'Hara (Lisa), Monty O'Hara (Mary), Matthew O'Hara (Vikki) and Becky Vermillion (Marc); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Jones, Jessica Murphy, Keith O'Hara, Quinn O'Hara, Derek O'Hara, Hayley O'Hara, Racquel Jones, Marcus Vermillion and Braylon Vermillion. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
