She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Fred Terakedis (Turk) and Helen Grafe; her father-in-law Tim Ohler; and her pet Presley. She is survived by: her parents, Tom Grafe and Nancy Terakedis Grafe; her siblings, Melissa Long (Scott) and Tommy Grafe (Brooke); her brother-in-law Tim (Kristen); her grandmother Mildred Terakedis (Sissy); her mother-in-law Linda Ohler; and her nieces, Chloe Long, Lauren Grafe, Carson Long, Peyton Grafe, Cuyler Long, Garrett Ohler (Brittany) and Bryce Ohler. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations be made to Park Christian Church and Hospice of Tuscarawas County.
