He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. English and Dorothy English (Geddert); his brother Richard English; and his parents-in-law, Marshall and Irene Bartley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bartley; his daughter Kelly Finney (Don); his grandchildren, James Finney (Olivia) and Skylar Finney; and his brother Tom English (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
