It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Frank (Delta, Ohio), born in Fulton, Ohio, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Frank and Elnora Frank (Dickerson); her siblings, Dale, Harold, Richard, Marion, Helen, Opal, Dorothy "Marlene" and Nancy; and also Jean Hendricks.
She is survived by: her son Randy Frank (Connie) of Delta; her grandchildren, Rachelle and Christapher Frank; and her great grandchildren, Elba and Iela.
