He is survived by: his parents, Ailsa Jacobs (Gacik) of Wauseon and Melvin "Scott" Jacobs (Karen) of Delta; his grandfather Gerard Gacik; and his uncles, Danny Stone (Robin) and Steve Gacik.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barnes Funeral Chapel (5825 OH-109, Delta, OH 43515). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Winameg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing a show of sympathy are asked to make a memorial contribution to the family, care of Melvin Jacobs.
