He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel L. Chadwick Sr. and Anita L. Chadwick (Sharp); and his son Craig M. Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Joy Chadwick; his children, Kevin Chadwick (Ashleigh), Danielle Chadwick (Meghan Widmer) and Tony Chadwick (Danielle); his grandchildren, Adrianna, Isaiah, Tabitha, Miley, Kennedy and Camila Chadwick; his siblings, Daniel L. Chadwick Jr. (Gloria) and Tina Madden (Mike); and his daughter-in-law Sharon Fifer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; dog, "Duppy" and garage cat.
