He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Neuenschwander and Ruby Neuenschwander (Guilford); his sisters, Doris Baldwin and Donna Mae Schaffner; his grandchildren, Michael Neuenschwander and Ciara Neuenschwander; his great grandchild Alexandria Grant; and his son-in-law David Sherman.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Paul; his children, Ronald Neuenschwander (Celia), Robert Neuenschwander, Rick Neuenschwander (Kris), Randy Neuenschwander (Jean), Cathy Sherman and Cheryl Fitch (John); and his sister Shirley Arps. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
