It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. Williams of Delta, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Israel R. Putman Sr. and Edna Putman (Bollman); her husband Paul; and her siblings, Israel "Bud" Putman Jr., Marilyn Walker and Christine Pfund.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Williams (Vicki) of Archbold and Dennis Williams (Deborah) of Manitou Beach, MI; her sister Carol Segrist of Saugatuck, MI; and her grandchildren, Tori Hallock (Jake), Cassidy Hall (Chase), Bryce Williams, Jeron Williams, Zachary Williams, Kyle Williams and Nicole Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a hospice organization of your choice in honor of Joyce Williams.
