She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Guy Meister and Marguerite Perkins Meister; her husband John L. Simpson Sr.; and her grandson John L. Simpson III. She is survived by: her children, John Simpson Jr. (Tonya) of Florida, Jeffrey Simpson (Carla) of Minnesota, Frank Simpson (Rose) of Delta and Anne Kuras (Steven) of Springfield Twp; her grandchildren, Erica Martin (John), Alexander Simpson, Annika Simpson, Qadan Simpson, Aigul Simpson, Mara Simpson Farley Campbell, Frank A. Simpson Jr. (Melody), Anthony Simpson (Ashley), Stephanie Kuras (Joey), Cook, Kristen Chew (Benjamin) and Lauren Kuras; and her sister Carol Hayes of Wauseon.
