He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fry and Genevieve Ann Fry (Szmania); and his grandson Phineas Alan Fry. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Keiser (Keiser); his children, Jeremy Fry (Katy Neisler) and Megan Fry (Justin Durocher); and his siblings, Janice Hollstein, Gail Post and Jeff Fry (Abby).

Memorial contributions, in Gregory's memory, may be made to Metroparks Toledo.
