He was predeceased by: his father Earl D. Borton; and his sister Barbara Doerr. He is survived by: his mother Alma Borton (Grant); his wife Suzi Borton; his sons, Shane Borton of Wauseon, Eric Borton (Rachel) of Defiance and Chad Borton (Alyssa) of Napoleon; his sisters, Linda Kirby, Virginia Webb (Jim) and Sandi Mitchell (Charles); and his grandchildren, Bryce, Hannah, Brady, Taylor, Camdyn and Andrew.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barnes Funeral Chapel (5825 OH-109, Delta, OH 43515). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
