He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ham; his daughters, Kristin Michalkiewicz of Delta, Margo Coates (Keith) of Pataskala, OH and Nicole Michalkiewicz of Reynoldsburg, OH; his siblings, Ted Bzovi (Betty) of Wauseon, John Bzovi (Mary Ann) of Delta and Angela Franks (Harold) of Toledo; and his grandchildren, Jack and Charlie Coates.
