It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy J. Goldsmith of Delta, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Hoyt Sr. and Bessie Hoyt (Earnst); her husband Herman W. Goldsmith; and her siblings, Byron Hoyt, Leon Hoyt, Vernon Hoyt, Francis Hoyt Jr., Genevieve Grambling, Valita Kamar and Ruth Hoyt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Hyatt (Donnie) of Delta, Janet Spiess (Larry) of Delta and Julie Schrock (Steve) of Wauseon; and her sister Vivian Hoover. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
