It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lynn Prentiss of Delta, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lyle and Hazel Eleanor McArthur. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Prentiss (Zimmerman); his son Charles Prentiss; his grandchildren, Blake Prentiss (Sarah), Ashley Grime (Troy), Lukas Prentiss (Jordan) and Hannah Grime (Luke); and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Miles Prentiss, Harvey, Hudson, Hazel Grime and Emerson Prentiss.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (410 Taylor St, Delta, OH 43515). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Lyons-Royalton Fire Department or CHP Hospice of Defiance.
