He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Rupp and Cleora Rupp (Gallant); his brothers, Gaylen and Larry Rupp; and his sister-in-law Arlene Rupp (Jones).
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Amy Miller (Mark), Paul Rupp (Christine), Beth Luppino (John), Carol Sigler (Brian) and Marita Kalichman (Joshua); his grandchildren, Amanda Decker (Ben), Michael Miller, Jessica Lermer (Kevin), Andrew Rupp, Justin Rupp, Katherine Luppino, Olivia Luppino, Samantha Salinas (Matthew), Joshua Sigler (Kaitlyn), Rebekah Ward (Christian), Rachel and Libi Kalichman; his great grandchildren, Riley, Shelby Decker and Madison Lermer; and his brother John Rupp (Lois).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the Barnes Funeral Chapel (5825 OH-109, Delta, OH 43515). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Country Chapel Christian Union Church. A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Shiloh Cemetery.
