He was predeceased by: his son Michael Lee Shelt; and his siblings, Paul Shelt, Roger Shelt and Caroline Shelt. He is survived by: his spouse Grace "Irene" Mattin; his children, Judy Cottle (Mike) of Ripley, OH, Sandra Oyer (Ray) of Wauseon, Anne Martin (Dean) of Millbury, OH, Linda Fisher (Larry) of Wauseon and Barbara Shumaker (Michael) of Delta; and his brothers, Larry Shelt and Gary Shelt (Sue). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
