With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn S. Golden of Delta, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Simon Sr. and Rosemarie "Rosie" Cufr; her daughter Melanie A. Golden; and her siblings, Roger Simon and Constance A. "Connie" Miller.
She is survived by: her son Joe Golden (Kristine); her siblings, Don Simon Jr. (Pam), Randy Simon (Pam Castillo), Diane Norden (Bob) and Cheryl Carter; her grandchildren, Kayla Mead, Erica Golden, Matthew Golden (Tasha), Brenden Golden, Haley Chapa, Gabe Casiano and Brianna Casiano; and her great grandchildren, Enzo, Nattalie, Marcus, Luciano, Alyssa, Sadie, Addison and Logan. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider contributions to the Toledo Botanical Garden, 5403 Elmer Dr., Toledo, Ohio 43515 in her memory.
