He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Okeefe and Antoinette Okeefe. He is survived by: his brother Arthur Okeefe; his wife Patricia Okeefe; his daughters, Lauren Okeefe and Kendall Okeefe Robins (Michael); and his siblings, Betty Okeefe (Bob), Mary Okeefe-Fay (Tom), Michael Okeefe (Susan) and Jacqueline Kelly (Joe). He is also survived by family members, fraternity brothers, and friends.
