He is survived by: his parents, Robert Stevens and Denise Stevens (Kennedy); his spouse Kristen Malko; his son Levi; his stepchildren, Ashleigh Malko and Julian Garcia; his brother Wesley Stevens (Janelle); his father-in-law Richard Malko; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Fitzgerald and Steven Herzig. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
