He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Burgei and Brittany Burgei (Kramer) of Delphos; his brother Jackson Burgei; his grandfathers, Gary Burgei (Karen) of Ottoville and Keith Kramer (Stacey) of Delphos; his great-grandparents, Dave Osting, Norma Burgei, Leo Geise (Norma) and Jeff Rostorfer (Deb); his aunts and uncles, Melissa German (Nate), Megan Burgei, Michael Burgei, Madison Burgei, Allison Kramer and Samantha Brumett (Samuel); and his cousins, Eliana Kramer, Isabelle Brumett and Scarlett Brumett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Dupont Hospital Nic Unit.
