He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberto Tarango and Virginia Tarango (DeGuero); and his sister-in-law Sally Jo Schlatman-Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Schlatman; his stepson Andy Kohorst; his siblings, Robert Tarango (Laurie) of San Lorenzo, CA, Ruben Tarango of Liberty, IN, Cyndi Bloomer (Randy) of Olathe, KS, Pauline Sparks (Ken) of Liberty, IN and Julia Conley (Wayne) of Lynn, IN; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Schlatman of Van Wert and Chuck Schlatman of Delphos. He is also survived by his great-nephew Ryan Wittler Fair, and many nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
