He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Schroeder and Loretta Schroeder (Niese); his brothers, Robert and Jimmy Schroeder; his sister-in-law Mary Schroeder of Leipsic; his niece Darlene Schroeder; and his in-laws, Valeta Siebeneck, Roger Pothast, Steve and Judy Kemper.
He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Kelly Schroeder; his grandchildren, Katie and Evan Rinesmith; his brother Paul Schroeder of Leipsic; his siblings-in-law, Norm Siebeneck of Ottoville and Diane Pothast of Delphos; and also Dr. Scott Rinesmith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
