He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kemper and Angela Kemper (Kaverman); his wife Judy M. Kemper (Pothast); his daughter Amy Johnson; his brother Gerald Kemper; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Pothast and Valeta Siebeneck.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Trentman (Aaron) of Delphos; his grandchildren, Braydon, Cassidi Johnson, Jacob and Caleb Trentman; his close friend Dorothy Hedrick (family: Darlene Fischer, Diane Teman, Duane Hedrick) of Delphos; his brother Mike Kemper (Linda) of Delphos; and his siblings-in-law, Cyndi Kemper of Delphos, Sharon Schroeder (Tom) of Delphos, Diane Pothast of Delphos and Norm Siebeneck of Ottoville. He is also survived by her seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
