He was predeceased by: his spouse Claire Morgret; his siblings, Darrell Bowers, Axel Bowers and Kay Ocker; and his grandson Jordan Bowers.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Bowers (Ruth) of Moulton, Lisa Kroehler (Keith) of Elida, Kevin Bowers (Lisa) of Elida, Kyle Bowers (June) of Elida, Cindy Jacomet (Don) of Delphos and Jason Bowers (Shannon) of Lima; his brothers, Roger Bowers (Dee) and Irish Bowers (Deb); and his sister-in-law Cindy Bowers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
