He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Culp and Marciele Culp (Moreo); and his siblings, Jeannette Roehm, Dick and Gene Culp.

He is survived by: his wife LaDonna DeWitt; and his children, Bob (Linda) of Delphos, Ron (Laurie) of Delphos, Jim Culp of Delphos, Linda Miller (Mark) of Delphos and Sandy Kortokrax (Chris) of Delphos. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
