He was predeceased by: his daughter Tabatha Beining; his son-in-law Bryan Reames; and his siblings, William Stant, Thomas Stant, Betty Burwell and Dorothy Siebert.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Dearth of Defiance, Teresa "Tess" Deuel (Jeff) and Jamie Lucas (Rodney Aker); his grandchildren, Jessica, Nicole, Zachary, Cody, Lindsay, Caleb, Delaney and Jaden; his great grandchildren, Brelynn, Cawner, Zeke, Rylinn and Blayke; and his siblings, Danny Stant (Marsha) of Mendon, John Stant, Rick Stant (Karen), Nancy Zacharich of Leipsic, Bonnie Luke (Mike) of Wapak, Kathy Stant of Wapak and Darlene Pohlman (Rick) of Delphos.
