He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Coulter and Twila Coulter (Fetterly); his wife LaDonna Prine; his daughter Connie Hughes; his son-in-law Robert Blauvelt; and his brother Mark Coulter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Blauvelt of Wapak, Julie Grimm of Cincinnati, Jennifer Davis (Charlie) of Lima and Serena Coulter of Delphos; and his grandchildren, Bobbie Elling, Chad Elling, Brandon Blauvelt, Savannah Hughes, Jamie Hughes, Taylor Grimm, Stephen Engle (Hannah), Joe Davis and Jackson Davis. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and one on the way, and one great-great-grandchild.
