She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Barnes and LaDonna Barnes (Allen); and her brother Harvey Barnes, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Wulfhorst; her children, Michael Wulfhorst of Delphos and Angie Leeseberg (Jamie) of Gahanna, OH; her grandchildren, Emily and Matthew; and her sisters, Christy Hammond of Delphos, Sherri Hohwald of Delphos, Alice Curth of Delphos and Robin Geise of Ottawa.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice or the St. John's Parish Foundation.
