It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Octavia Patrick (Delphos, Ohio), who passed away at the age of 93, on March 28, 2019. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Isaacs and Olga Isaacs (Hamilton); her grandson Adam Patrick; her sisters, Nova Moore and Malissa Casey; and her half-siblings, James Williams and Anna Sue Osborne.

She is survived by: her husband Andy J. Patrick; her sons, Andy Jack Jr. Patrick (Farol) of Elida and William "Rick" Patrick (Donna) of Shawnee; and her half-siblings, Dan Williams and Jackie Hahn (Bob). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
