With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Octavia Mary Grone (Delphos, Ohio), born in Pandora, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reno Kiene and Mary Kiene (Kreinbrink); her husband George Leo Grone; her son-in-law Michael Burgei; and her brothers, Lawrence Kiene, Arthur Kiene, Francis Kiene and Thomas Kiene.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Grone (Donna) of Falls Church, VA, Dennis Grone (Lisa) of Gatlinburg, TN, Anthony Grone (Celeste) of Westerville, Mark Grone (Sara) of Galveston, Texas, Janet Burgei of Cloverdale, Anne Schimmoeller (Glenn) of Ft. Jennings and Julie Strother (John) of Cypress, Texas. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one step-grandson and twelve great-grandchildren.
