She is survived by: her significant other Scott Fertig of Delphos; her children, Jayden, Jaxon, Christopher, Alexia and Landon; her sisters, Kristi Lloyd (T. J. Kinsey) of Augusta and Michelle Collins (Nick) of East Canton; her aunts, Penny Kidder (Canton), Sue Kidder of Hawaii, Polly Patterson (Ren) of Mt. Vernon and Marty Kidder of Massillon; her parents, David Fertig and Tammy Fertig of North Lawrence; her siblings, Derrick Fertig (Elizabeth) of Springfield, Nathan Fertig (Emily) of Arizona, Quinton Fertig of Arizona and Bethany Saltzman (Jay) of Orville; and her grandmother Lois Fertig. She is also survived by four nephews and two nieces.
