She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Teman and Myrtle Teman (Cleaves); her husband Marvin L. Spitnale; and her daughter Lana Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Mark Spitnale (LeAnn) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Laura Emura (Steven) of Honolulu and LeAnn Sorrell (Deron) of Lima; her grandchildren, Jerry Johnson (Sherry), Kristen Kozeniewski (Akaniao), Kevin Emura (Bree), Melanie Curl (Shea), Christopher Huffer (Courtney), Brooke Bertsch (Joshua) and Joshua Spitnale (Ashton); and her son-in-law Gerard Johnson of Delphos. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
