He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Horton (Hempker) of Delphos; his daughters, Hannah McCoy of Lexington, KY and Tesa Horton (Kyle Styles) of Bowling Green; his brother Bill McCoy of Findlay; his siblings-in-law, Kim Hurles (Lee) of Spencerville, Debbie Meeks of Byron, Georgia and Mike Hempker of Spencerville; his close friends, Malinda, Xander, Saije and English; his pet Sam; and his grand-pup Tito. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
