It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matt Hemker (Delphos, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Hemker and Cathy Hemker (Odenweller) of Delphos; his children, James (Jake), Nathan (Nate) and Katherine (Kate) of Landeck; his siblings, Doug (Tricia) of Plain City and Julie Horstman (Scott) of Plain City; his nephews, Nolan, Grant, Alex Hemker, Bryce and Landon Horstman; and his niece Leah. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
