She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Maas and Martha Maas (Wiemeyer); her daughter Roxanne Rabe (Dave); her grandson Jason Rabe; and her stepgreat-grandchild Ashley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret, Rita Hoffman, Anne Mae Alles, Helen Maas, Carl T., Norbert, Harold, Melvin and Herbert Maas; her husband Cody Nichols, Sr.; her children, Cody, Jr. Nichols (Judy) and Kimberly Blankerts (John); her grandchildren, Michelle Rabe (Todd Parker), Cody III Nichols (Tiffany), Kate and Kelsey Blankerts; her great grandchildren, Devin Rabe, Nathan, Ashlyn Mosier, Skylar Parker, Chloe and Ava Nichols; her stepgrandchildren, Justen Briggs (Anna) and Kristan Dorner (Doug); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Konnor, Jasmine Briggs, Austin, Evan, Emily Parker and Lyn'Nova Parker. She is also survived by her parents.
