He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Brenneman and Helen Brenneman (Hunt); his brother Jim Brenneman; and his in-laws, William and Doris Van Pelt.
He is survived by: his children, Ted Brenneman (Laurie) of Van Wert, Jon Brenneman of Landeck, Beth Grothause (Greg) of Bluffton and Annie Baughn (Andy) of New Bremen; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lee (Dylan), Kaitlyn Nally (Austin), Drew Brenneman (Emily), Alaina, Evan Grothause, Anderson and Anthony Baughn; his great grandchildren, Dean, Bowen and Alice; and his brother Mike Brenneman (Sandy) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
