She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Caldwell and Lillie Bell Caldwell (Yant); and her siblings, Roy Henderson, James, Edward, Jack Caldwell, Dorothy Boyles, Johnnie Pieckal and Thelma Watts.
She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Fischbach; her sons, Randy Fischbach (Carol) of Delphos, Gary Fischbach of Delphos, Keith Fischbach (Carolyn) of Delphos and Dennis Fischbach of Columbus; her grandchildren, Paige (Michael), Morgan (Kyle), April (Robin), Chad (Erin), Megan (Ian), Cole (Nicole), Sydney and Blake; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Owen, Emerson, Mosaik, Roman and Chase.
