He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Paulette Birkemeier; his children, Angie Bonifas (Ray) of Delphos, Dan Place of Delphos, Kevin Place (Kim) of Delphos and Shawn Place of Delphos; his grandchildren, Kasey, Cheyanne, Hunter Bonifas, Wyatt, Dalton Place, Chelsey Bishop and Jay Siefker; his siblings, Bill Place of Wapak, Duane Place (Pam) of Maumee, Carol Mox (George) of Delphos and Linda Klausing (Dan) of Oviedo, FL.; and his son Andrew Place.
