Leona Catherine Berelsman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2020, at the age of 96, Leona Catherine Berelsman of Delphos, Ohio, born in Ottoville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Beining and Elizabeth Gasser; her spouse Linus Berelsman of Ft. Jennings; her great grandchild Cainan Craun of Dayton; her son-in-law Bill White of Lima; and her siblings, Norma Reindel (Delphos), Julius Beining (Ottoville), Robert Beining (Ottoville) and Paul Beining (Ft Jennings).
She is survived by: her children, David Berelsman (Lyn) of Celebration, Nick Berelsman (Karen) of Zanesville, George Berelsman (Mary Jo) of Delphos, Mike Berelsman (Becky) of Delphos, Joan White of Lima, Ron Berelsman (Bonnie) of Minster, Dennis Berelsman (Sandy) of Delphos and Cindy Nellis (Ken) of Clarion, Pennsylvania.; her siblings, Adeline Beining of Indianapolis, IN, Edna Beining Baxter of Van Wert, Ruth Beining Schroeder of Onsted, MI and Don Beining of Ottoville; and her sisters-in-law, Olivia 'Leafy Eickholt of Cloverdale and Mabel Berelsman of Ft. Jennings. She is also survived by her grandchildren and a cookie maker for her great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests that any contributions be made to Delphos St. John Tuition Assistance Program and/or Delphos Jefferson Music Department.
