The passing of Lawrence A. Hilvers of Delphos, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 87. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hilvers and Nellie Daisy Hilvers (Miller); and his siblings, LaVerne Hilvers and Margaret Sterling. He is survived by: his children, Keith Hilvers of Delphos, Sherry Etzkorn (Ron) of Delphos and Bev Maag (Dan) of Columbus Grove; his grandchildren, Aaron Etzkorn (Ashley), Alyssa Saum (Keith), Katrina Rose Schwinnen (Brett), Cody Hilvers, Danielle Maag (Zach Welly) and Abby Rose Maag (Michael Burkett); and his close friends, Gerald and Kay Lindeman. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harter and Schier Funeral Home (209 W 3rd St, Delphos, OH 45833). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
