He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neil Jettinghoff and Beatrice Jettinghoff (Brubaker); his wife Tammy Jettinghoff (Pappas); his children, John T. Jettinghoff, Jr. (Allison) of Columbus and Jessica Bertling (Cory) of Delphos; his brothers, Mike Jettinghoff (Beth) of Ft. Wayne and Matthew Jettinghoff (Lisa) of Delphos; his grandchildren, Elias, Everett, Juliet, Callia Bertling and Delta Jettinghoff; and his siblings, Steven Jettinghoff and Julie Jettinghoff.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Athletic Endowment or to the family.
